[Columbus, Ohio] – Steiner + Associates, the developer of The Greene, is pleased to announce that MacTown, an Apple-themed store selling a full range computers, iPods, software and accessories, is opening this November at 4396 Holly Drive. Together with the AT&T store already open on Walnut Street, The Greene is poised to become Dayton’s “all things Apple” destination.

Featuring a clean, open design, MacTown will feature official Apple hardware such as iMacs, MacBooks, iPods, iPod Touches, Apple TV, the new iPod Nano with video camera, as well as popular software including Mac OSX Snow Leopard, iWork, Microsoft Office for Mac, Adobe Creative Suite, Guitar Hero, and Spore. MacTown will also sell accessories including laptop bags, iPod cases, speakers and printers.

MacTown will even offer customers the ability to buy and sell pre-owned Apple computers, as well as Apple authorized warranty and out-of-warranty service for Apple Computers and iPods.

In fact, with such a full range of products and services, it might be easy to miss the one thing MacTown will not be able to offer for sale inside its walls – the iPhone.

But fear not, because AT&T at The Greene carries iPhones of all kinds, complementing MacTown’s offering to provide Dayton shoppers with what practically amounts to the full range of products, with pre-owned hardware also added into the mix.

Locally owned by Jason Lewantowicz, a resident of Centerville, MacTown will occupy 3,600 square feet in The Greene’s expanded district behind Adobe Gilas. MacTown is set to open this fall with a diverse staff of Apple Product Professionals, Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians, Apple Certified Technical Coordinators, and Apple Certified System Administrators ready to help with your consumer or enterprise needs.

Joining MacTown at The Greene this fall are three more tenants: Verizon, Vitamin World and EO Burgers. While EO Burgers has been already announced, Verizon boasts the world’s largest wireless network for customers in the United States and Vitamin World offers for sale high quality vitamins, minerals, herbs and other nutritional supplements at great prices.

Verizon is set to open in November next to Noodles & Co. along Greene Boulevard, occupying approximately 1,800 square feet. The store will feature popular devices such as the BlackBerry® Storm™ and new service features including Verizon Wireless Friends & Family® which lets customers on eligible calling plans enjoy unlimited calling to up to 10 numbers on any network, anytime, anywhere in America without using plan minutes.

Meanwhile, health and wellness enthusiasts will have cause to celebrate this fall when Vitamin World opens their new store in November on Plum Street across from Potbelly Sandwich Works. Vitamin World will occupy approximately 1,350 square feet and feature an impressive line of nutritional supplements, including high quality products from Precision Engineered®, Herbal Authority, and Twinlab.

EO Burgers, the recently announced all natural, high-quality specialty burger restaurant, is already under construction and scheduled to open before year end in December. EO Burgers will offer what no other restaurant does – “Extra Ordinary” fresh, high-quality ingredients such as always fresh, all natural USDA Prime beef and fresh cut Yukon Gold potato fries, together with a full-service bar, special recipe sandwiches, flavorful mayonnaise dipping sauces, and a variety of frozen custard shakes and sundaes.

Located on the northwest corner of Glengarry and Chestnut streets, EO Burgers is ideally situated between the Cinema de Lux 14 and the always-popular town square fountain, conveniently located to attract guests from the more than 15,000 visits The Greene receives every day.
